CHECK IN PACKAGE 

Opting for our Check-In Package takes the hassle out of property handovers. We'll be there on your behalf, meeting the tenant at the property at a pre-arranged time and date. Our dedicated clerk will facilitate a smooth transition by handing over the keys, conducting a comprehensive walk-through of the property before the move-in date, and ensuring the safety measures are in place with tests on smoke/carbon alarms and record accurate meter readings.

But that's not all – we go the extra mile by obtaining a digital signature for the inventory report right on the spot. This signature signifies acknowledgment of the property's condition at the beginning of the tenancy. The tenant is then given a 7-day window to review and propose any amendments before the final report is sent to all involved parties.
