This unique service provides an affordable alternative for landlords and property managers to maintain an accurate reflection of their property's condition, using the original report but complete with updated high-definition photos, resulting in a quicker process. 

INTERIM VISIT

Our traditional property inspection service, a simple yet effective solution for Agents and Private Landlords looking for an independant and experienced perspective during their live tenancy. 

This service includes regular, pre-scheduled visits to the property, which are instrumental in maintaining the property's overall condition and remaining compliant.

We provide basic feedback on any tenant concerns, property maintenance and this service typically last for a duration of 15 minutes.

CHECK-OUT

This service is conducted at the expiration of a lease, our comprehensive checks guarantee accurate reporting, clear documentation, and a hassle-free process for both agent/landlords and tenants.
